HSE Single Sink - Events & Construction
A practical, single sink with a wide and deep bowl to comply with HSE (Health & Safety Executive) requirements to wash the full forearm. Typically seen inside plastic, mains-free portable toilets but may also used elsewhere as an extra hand washing solution. Hygienic, foot-operated pump minimises hand contact. Sink pedestal acts as the fresh water reservoir for 45 litres of water: grey water runs away via the waste pipe to the portable toilet tank or a separate container / drain. The sink reservoir and internal pipework can be periodically sanitised by using a liquid water steriliser to kill harmful bacteria, helping protect the user and the public from harm.
