With over 30 years' experience in the portable sanitation industry - as MD Europe for a toilet manufacturing company (1991-2008) and MD Europe for a manufacturer of ground and surface water monitoring equipment (2011-2014), Jon took up the challenge of "driving" Plastic Solutions in March 2014.

A "rustily" fluent German speaker, Jon is well-known in the toilet industry in the UK and Europe, and is well-equipped to help you with questions not only about our product range but also on many aspects of the sanitation business in general. Jon is committed to customer service: if he can help you, he will!

Karl has been involved in the hire industry for many years as a senior hire controller at a busy toilet hire and waste management company, which carries out over 1,000 site visits and cleaning services per week.

Known for his customer care, Karl has talked with customers on the phone and by email about virtually every product we sell. He knows how they work and what questions are asked whether you're a site-based or office worker. Joining Plastic Solutions in early 2018, Karl's role (with Stu) is to keep the sales process running smoothly so that your orders are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

You will feel at ease with Stu, who is on hand to offer advice and help with our products - to ensure your queries and orders are dealt with expertly, quickly and efficiently. Stu is an experienced camper / caravanner and takes the company lead to deal with any caravan, camping and glamping enquiries you may have, with knowledge, interest and passion.

Stuart joined us in February 2020 after 30 years of working at a senior level in the leisure and fitness Industry. He has a wealth of experience in a customer-focused background and is committed to ensuring you receive the highest level of service.

Ryan joined us full-time in January 2022 after several summer seasons assembling toilets and working in our warehouse whilst finishing school.

Ryan prepares and sends most of our online shop packages. In the autumn and winter months he is also learning the ropes in the office, undertaking Photoshop and Illustrator tasks with the marketing team.

We see Ryan very much as the next generation and we are mentoring and equipping him with training in all aspects of the business.

Jeannie joined the Plastic Solutions/Glampsan Group in 2024. She was initially responsible for our social media content but has since developed her role to become our Marketing Manager, helping set direction and coordinate integrated plans, communications and materials to aid and assist our sales team.

Jeannie has worked in marketing and communications for over 25 years across a range of industries including social housing, road safety, corporate communications, health and education. Having worked in both hire and sales environments, Jeannie is well-equipped to understand the needs of a wide range of customers.

In her free time Jeannie is also a keen caravanner, dog lover, book reader and craft dabbler - but not at the same time, although that could be her next challenge.
